I have over 10 years experience and a BA Hons degree in working with children and families in the early years.
Throughout my experience working with families, nannying, childminding and in nursery settings I have witnessed first hand the impact poor sleep can have on children’s behaviour, emotional and physical well being and cognitive development. For me it was very frustrating knowing what the issue was but not knowing how I could help the families.
