I am an early years expert with a degree in early childhood studies. I have had several roles over the years including behaviour management and nursery manager. I use my knowledge of childhood development alongside my additional studies into mindfulness and positive psychology to support families with a gentle approach to sleep training. Bringing a combination of science and soul to each case. I know first-hand how difficult life is when you are sleep deprived as I was there with my own daughter too. My mission is to make parents feel confident in what they are doing long-term so that sleep does not become a constant battle in your home.
