Hi, I’m Lisa and I am a Certified Partner with the Sleep Nanny.
I know first-hand how exhausting, stressful and lonely it is to have a child who does not sleep well.
My interest, and then my obsession with sleep, was sparked when my own daughter was referred to a sleep clinic a few years ago. The understanding of sleep has come a long way since then.
I am passionate about providing practical, evidence-based solutions for children’s sleep issues.
I work closely with families to identify the underlying factors impacting their child’s sleep and tailor my approach to meet their unique needs. I am empathetic, respectful and sensitive to their circumstances.
I have 25 years experience in Early Years and child development and I have extensive training in sleep science. I have helped and supported hundreds of families through all the ups and downs you can imagine – behaviour, illnesses, grief, changing family dynamics, but most of all through sleep.
