About Lisa
I became a sleep consultant after dealing with my own child’s sleep issues that left me sleep-deprived and unable to function.
I found conflicting advice and little support out there when it came to my child’s sleep issues, which left me feeling isolated and frustrated. Having previously worked in early years care I couldn’t understand why this issue was seen as normal and some sort of parental rite of passage. It seemed to me that because I’m a parent it was expected that I should settle for living a life of exhaustion. But I wanted to enjoy my time as a parent and both my child and I needed good quality sleep for this to happen.
Using tailor-made sleep training with my child was life-changing, and I’ve made it my mission ever since to support as many other families that are in the position I was. I know that every parent wants what I did, to enjoy family life, make wonderful memories of those early years and know we are being the best parents we can be for our child.
Sleep issues prevent this from happening and I will show you how to reclaim the well-rested family life you want.
