For the past 13 years I have been working as a Nanny with different families in various countries (UK, Germany, Israel, Switzerland).
Every family I have worked with had one thing in common – LACK of SLEEP! While I was working as a twin nanny to two gorgeous baby boys, I developed a deeper interest in BABY SLEEP. Because let’s face it, you don’t get much sleep with one baby, but it’s even worse with two!!! But then I met a Sleep Consultant and I was blown away by how easy the sleeping issue could be solved! The twins have been sleeping through the night since they were 6 months old which had a positive impact on the whole family on every level.
After this eye-opening experience, I wanted to learn all there is about Infant Sleep to bring families the gift of sleep. I don’t want any parent to believe that sleep deprivation in the first few years is totally normal (like I did for years) or that mums just have to suffer through it.
So far, I worked together with families (children age-groups from 6 months to 6 years) covering topics like feeding/rocking to sleep, nap extensions, nap transitions, transfer from co-sleeping to own cot, separation anxiety, practicing self-settling skills and loads more.
It made me realize how vital it is to find someone you can trust and feel comfortable with because SLEEP is a very intimate topic. Every family and every child is different and everyone deserves their own sleep solution! It’s really important to me that you, as a parent feel supported. This includes making sure that you understand what we are doing and how/why it works.
