Hi,
We are Ed and Stacey from Family Sleep Solutions.
We are both certified sleep consultants and also mummy and daddy to our 2 beautiful children, Jacob and Emilia who are both under two so we really know how tough sleepless nights can be!

Ed has a second job as a firefighter so understands all too well what sleep deprivation can do to your body and how it can affect your day. Working shifts Ed is able to be a very hands on dad and when he saw the difference that sleep training had on our own family he knew he had to share this knowledge with other parents. He is now one of the only male sleep consultants in the country, and the first to graduate through The Sleep Nanny Academy.

Stacey has been working in childcare for over 10 years in nursery settings and as a nanny. Almost every family that she has come across over this time have had some form of issues around sleep and are often escaping to work for some peace! She decided to train to be a sleep consultant so she could have the answers when parents inevitably came to her for sleep help.

We started Family Sleep Solutions because we want you to enjoy every second that you have with your children. We want to eliminate the stress and worry surrounding sleep. Sleep deprivation can ruin some of the precious times we have with our families and we want to fix this. Our aim is for sleep filled nights to become the new normal for parents and come away from the assumption that once you become a parent, sleep goes out of the window.

Sleep training our little ones has been the best thing for our family. As much as we love our children, we enjoy having our evenings to ourselves, which has really allowed us to have that personal time together again!

No two children are the same so it stands to reason that no two sleep plans should be either. At Family Sleep Solutions we spend the time really getting to know you, your family and your sleep challenges. Once we have all the information, we devise a bespoke sleep plan to help you meet your sleep goals. Although there is a ‘cry-it-out’ method, this isn’t one we use. We always use a holistic, family centred approach. We then work alongside you to help implement the plan and get your child’s sleep back on track with regular check in calls.
