Welcome! My name is Mia, and I am a proud mother of two young children. Before becoming a parent, I worked as a primary school teacher with a degree in Occupational Therapy. My passion for working with children and aiding their development has always been a driving force in my life.
Through my experience as a parent and a professional, I have come to realise the importance of empowering parents to support their children’s learning and emotional wellbeing. I know from hard-learned experience that achieving a healthy sleep routine is crucial for both children and parents, in achieving these. And that’s why I am here to help you enjoy the restful sleep you and your family deserve!
As a sleep consultant, I work closely with parents whose children are struggling to sleep. Whether your child is resisting settling for naps and/or bedtime, frequently waking up at night, waking up early in the morning, or only sleeping in the bed with you or on you, I am here to help.
