Hello,

I’m Sam, a certified sleep consultant from Northamptonshire, I am also a mum to my beautiful little boy, Archie. He certainly keep me busy between work. I found having a child brings you into a whole new world which is amazing and life changing but intense, especially with a new level of worry and guilt you never knew you had.

With sleep deprivation added on top of that it can be so overwhelming. Asking for support is never a weakness only ever a strength, it shows that you are willing to do what is best for your family.

Having been through the journey of having a new born baby and having those unanswered questions, one being about severe sleep deprivation, and to come out the other side, I feel compelled to use my experience to help other families.

I have extensive knowledge and experience of children’s development, particularly their early years. I’ve been working with children and families for over 10 years in nursery settings, empowering parents to make positive changes for their families.

I created Sleep Solutions with Sam because I want you to enjoy every second that you have with your children. We want to eliminate the stress and worry surrounding sleep. Sleep deprivation can ruin some of the precious times we have with our families and we want to fix this. I am so passionate about supporting families to get the sleep they deserve, it’s a basic need!
