Dear Mum and Dad,
I am a Certified Sleep Consultant, sleep nanny and a very proud mum. We have a cheeky little boy who makes our life wonderful. I have to be honest with you we did not really feel nowhere near wonderful when none of us in our family physically experienced sleep longer than an hour at night.
All I heard from friends with babies and young children was how their little ones sleep well both at night and day. They even had time to bake a cake while their little ones were having a long stretch of a nap, while at times I did not even have the energy to wash my hair.
I don’t have to tell you how it made me feel. I have felt as a failure as a mum, frustrated, too proud and embarrassed to reach out for professional help. I was exhausted, sleep deprived and I got to that point when my body could not cope anymore without proper sleep and finally asked for help from a Certified Sleep Consultant. She has changed our family life completely.
Since then I was able to go back to studying, I have been away with my sisters outside of the UK for a girl’s holiday and leaving our son with my husband for a couple of nights. I am able to go out with my husband at night knowing our little boy can settle down at bed time easily and sleep soundly with other members of our family as well. So it can be different. My only regret is I wish have done it a lot sooner.

Just 12 Days To Change For The Best!
My name is Renata and my daughter is 2.5 years old who had some night time sleeping troubles. We had a bunch of problems, not just one, and I had been thinking a lot how could I change this situation we’ve put ourselves in.
