Hi, I’m Kate and I’m a certified sleep consultant. With 15 years combined experience as Midwife and School Nurse I am well practiced at working with expectant mothers, fathers, young families, children and babies. I am also the mother to three wildlings, a passionate young daughter and fire ball twin boys. Our house is like a school playground during the day full of fun, laughter, shrieking, running, jumping and bouncing off the walls but come the evening you could hear a pin drop. We have sleeping sussed! But it hasn’t always been this way, as you can image a house with 3 children under 3 years old we have had a fair share of sleep challenges!
What most people don’t realise is that self settling is a learned skill, and easier for some than others. I’m here to help you help your child learn this life long valuable skill. I kept putting off getting help with my 3rd baby because I thought I should know what I was doing!
As soon as I contacted Kate she put me at ease and within the first consultation she had made me confident that I could stick to the plan to get the naps and night times to improve.
The follow ups were great and gave me what I needed to stick with it to get to the end result which is that my 3rd baby sleeps through the night much earlier than my other children did and lets face it I’m a happier mummy with more sleep.
