It was after I suffered severe sleep deprivation following the birth of both my children that I became interested in becoming a sleep consultant. Both my babies were very alert, suffered from reflux and allergies and struggled to settle. Getting them to sleep and then ensuring they had long, restorative sleep was an absolute battle.
It is now my mission to support families in getting the sleep they need and deserve so that they never feel like I did back then.
